Steps

  1. Open Settings, point at Administration and choose Document Templates. Every printed document is listed: invoices, credit notes, receipts, quotations, orders, delivery notes and more.
  2. Click Customise on the document you want - for example Quotation. The design page opens, with a Live Preview on the right.
  3. Under Style, pick a starting design: Classic, Modern or Minimal. The preview changes as you click. Below you can set the colours, the font and extra options such as Show amount in words.
  4. Under Stamp & Signature, click Choose image to add the company stamp and the authorised signature. Drag them into place on the preview.
  5. Tick Show a watermark on this document if you want a faint word printed across the page. Click Save to keep your design.

Important

Nothing changes for other people until you click Save. Preview PDF shows the exact printout first.

Tip

My HTML and Edit HTML template are for people who want to change the layout line by line. Most companies are happy with one of the built-in styles.
