See which apps your company uses, their versions and what each app needs.

Note

This lesson only looks at the Apps Manager. Installing, updating and removing apps restarts SiaOne for everybody, so it is done by your SiaOne administrator.

Steps

  1. On the home screen click Manage Apps.
  2. The cards at the top count the Available Apps and the Installed Apps.
  3. Each app has a card with its version and the date it was installed. Type a name in the search box to find one, or switch between the list and card views.
  4. Dependencies show what an app needs. For example Sales needs Accounting and Inventory, so those apps stay while Sales is used.
  5. Check for updates tells you whether newer versions exist.

What happens next

If an app you need is missing from your home screen, ask your administrator to install it, then give yourself access under Add a user and set access rights.
