The full SiaOne tour
New to SiaOne? This is the whole ERP in one sitting - what each app does, how they connect, and how your work flows from a quotation to the accounts.
What SiaOne is
SiaOne is one system for the whole business. Sales, purchasing, stock, accounting, people and projects all work on the same data, so nothing is typed twice: a delivery updates the stock, an invoice updates the accounts, and a payment updates the customer's balance - automatically.
You only see the apps installed for your company, and only the ones your administrator gave you access to.
Every screen works the same way
Once you know one screen, you know them all.
| Part of the screen | What it does |
|---|---|
| Home screen | One tile per app, plus what needs your attention: activities, approvals and payments due. |
| Company / branch selector (top left) | The company and branch you are working in. Everything you create belongs to it. |
| Search anything (top bar) | Finds customers, vendors, products, invoices, bills, orders, payments and more. |
| Menu bar | Each app has a dark menu bar across the top with everything inside it. |
| Lists | Search, Filters, Group By, Saved Searches, column picker and Export - the same on every list. |
| Record pages | The document on the left, its history on the right. A status bar shows the stage and the next action. |
| Actions menu (⋯) | Print / PDF, Send by Email, Duplicate, Reset to Draft and more. |
How work flows through SiaOne
Two flows carry most of the daily work. Each step creates the next one, and stock and accounting follow by themselves.
Selling: Quotation → Sales Order → Delivery → Customer Invoice → Payment
Buying: RFQ → Purchase Order → Goods Receipt → Vendor Bill → Payment
Tip
Let the flow do the work. Confirm a quotation to get an order, deliver from the order, and create the invoice from the order - rather than starting each document from scratch.

Who can see what
For every app, each user has one of three access levels:
- None - the app is hidden and blocked.
- User: Own Documents - create records and work on your own, or the ones assigned to you.
- Manager - all records, reports, deleting and the app's configuration.
An Administrator has full access to every app, plus Settings.
Note
If something in a lesson is missing on your screen, the app may not be installed for your company, or your access level may not include it. Ask your administrator.
Good habits from day one
- Work in the right company. Check the company selector before you create anything.
- Draft, then post. A document gets its real number only when it is confirmed or posted.
- Correct, do not re-enter. Use Edit details, Correct order or Reset to Draft instead of typing a document again.
- Attach the evidence. Upload receipts, signed delivery notes and supplier invoices to the record.
