Where to find it SalesReportingSales Detail

Steps

  1. Open Sales > Reporting > Sales Detail. The note above the table says it shows one line per document line. Each line has the Date, Type, Number, Customer, Product, Qty, Net Unit Price, Delivered, Invoiced, Net, VAT, Total, Not Invoiced and Salesperson.
  2. Delivered and Invoiced show how much of each line has gone out and been billed. Open Delivery Status and choose Not Fully Delivered to list only the lines that still have goods to send.
  3. Open Customer, type a few letters and pick a customer to see only their lines.
  4. Type a product name in Search to narrow the lines further.
  5. Click Export and choose PDF, Excel or CSV to take the lines away.
  6. Click a document number to open the order behind the line.

Tip

Set Based On to Customer Invoices to list the lines of posted invoices (less credit notes) instead of orders. Invoice Status and Period work the same way, so you can also list the lines that are delivered but not invoiced.

Note

The same list opens when you click a row in the Gross Profit report - it is filtered to the product or customer you clicked.

What happens next

For totals instead of lines, see Run the sales reports by customer, product and salesperson.
